We are a family run business situated on the hills between the historic villages of Slaidburn and High Bentham in the Forrest of Bowland. Our cattle, pigs and sheep roam free on the lush green pastures of the Forrest of Bowland. They are reared naturally and feed on a cereal and organic cheese whey diet and are free from any growth hormones. We have a licenced cutting plant situated on our farm which gives us full control over how our meat is cured, hung and cut giving us full tracability from start to finish.
